There’s a clear difference between the first two episodes directed by Taylor Sheridan, who also created this great TV series, and the third episode directed by someone else. You can’t fake pure talent and craftsmanship.

Especially in an age where talentless directors are chosen to make films for politically correct reasons and not merit, we can only appreciate art creators like Taylor Sheridan even more

Taylor Sheridan has become one of my favorite directors and producers, he’s also the director of this big surprise of a movie called Wind River and the writer of Hell Or High Water. In my book he is up there with the greats like Ridley Scott, James Cameron, David Fincher, Quentin Tarantino, Martin Scorsese and a few others who were truly born to make great films.

The only downside to this TV series is that he only directed the first 2 episodes, both of which are 10/10, with the 3rd episode only being a 7. I have noticed in several TV series that the actors act differently depending on who is the director of the episode.
